Martin Bannon Martial Arts and Kick Boxing provides instruction in the areas of kick boxing and self defence. Ages range from 4 years up to adult,with groups provided for both male and female participants. Martin Bannon Martial Arts is a member of the All Styles Kick Boxing Association of Ireland and is a member of the Irish Martial Arts Commission.
