National LGBT+ Helpline
The National LGBT+ Helpline is a non-judgmental and confidential service providing listening, support and information to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBTQI+) people, their family and friends, and to those who are questioning if they might be LGBTQI+.
Call the freephone 1800 929 539 or use the instant messaging service on lgbt.ie 7 days a week during the working hours: Monday to Thursday: 6:30pm to 10:00pm, Fridays: 4:00pm to 10:00pm, Weekends: 4:00pm to 6:00pm

Transgender Family Support Line
In collaboration with the Transgender Equality Network Ireland (TENI), LGBT Ireland provides a volunteer-led listening and support service for family members of trans and gender non-conforming people in Ireland.
Volunteers are parents/guardians who have supported their loved one during their coming out and transition period.
The Transgender Family Support Line currently operates 2 days per week, Sundays (6pm to 9pm) and Tuesdays (10am to 12pm). Call the Transgender Family Support Line on 01 907 3707 for confidential listening, information and support.
