Blessington University of the Third Age

Blessington U3A is an organisation consisting of a group of people mostly over 55 years of age, interested in continuing to develop an enquiring and curious mind.

A series of talks are proposed and presented, bearing in mind the interests of the group and general feedback at the AGM meetings. These talks include areas such as architecture, science, music, the arts and history. The group is community based and also a social gathering. A once a year trip to a place of cultural interest is arranged.
