Order of Malta Ireland - Ambulance Corps - Bray

Order of Malta Bray Unit

Celebrating over 70yrs in Bray and over 75yrs nationally, the Order of Malta have a dedicated group of over 4,000 volunteers in our all Ireland Ambulance Corps including a Cadet Corps serving their local community and saving lives.

We co-ordinate a variety of voluntary, community activities across the whole island of Ireland and fund-raise to grow our Ambulance Corps and to support groups like the elderly and people with intellectual disabilities.

We also support our International organisation to deliver humanitarian aid and medical services.

Locally, the Bray unit provides ambulance cover for all types of events such as Bray Wanderers football in the Carlisle grounds, St. Patrick's Day & Bray Summer Festivals, The Groove music festival in Killruddery House, Hell & Back adventure race, Shay Elliot memorial cycle, Triathlons, American football and many more where ambulance cover is required.

We are also involved in community care where we weekly provide transport home from Bray Old Folks Club & monthly bring guests out from Nursing Homes in Bray to socialise.
