Carnew Community Care

Carnew Community Care CLG is a voluntary, charitable, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting older people in Carnew and the surrounding areas of South Wicklow and North Wexford. Our Community Village provides 28 sheltered housing units, while our Day Centre offers a welcoming environment where older people can enjoy nutritious meals, social activities, health and wellbeing support, and companionship.

Services include Meals on Wheels, day care, nursing support, chiropody, hairdressing, laundry services, arts and crafts, and recreational activities. Our mission is to promote independence, dignity and quality of life by providing person-centred care and creating opportunities for older people to remain active, connected and living within their own community. We welcome referrals, volunteers and community support in helping us continue this important work.
