Tiglin Challenge
Residential Addiction Rehabilitation
Tiglin Challenge provides long-term residential rehabilitation programmes for adults (18+) experiencing addiction, including alcohol, drugs and other addictive behaviours. Separate residential programmes are available for men and women.

The rehabilitation programme provides a safe, structured and supportive environment where individuals can address addiction and develop the skills needed for lasting recovery. Tiglin takes a holistic approach, supporting each person's physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual wellbeing.
The residential programme lasts 9 months, followed by 7 months of structured aftercare to help support continued recovery, independence and reintegration into the community.
Residents participate in a structured daily programme that may include:
- Addiction recovery education
- One-to-one support and mentoring
- Group sessions and workshops
- Character and personal development
- Life and social skills training
- Relational guidance
- Physical fitness and recreation
- Educational and vocational opportunities

Aftercare
Following completion of the residential programme, students are supported through a 7-month aftercare programme, helping them maintain recovery, build independence and successfully transition back into their communities.

- Adults aged 18 years and over
- Separate residential accommodation for men and women.
