Brass band
Arklow Shipping Silver Band is one of the top brass bands in Ireland.
The band has won all-Ireland championships 15 times in total and has also represented Ireland in competition abroad.
The band has also appeared on television and radio on numerous occasions, and has provided a backing track for U2 on their Joshua Tree album.
The band has a learners class which can be joined at any time, and everyone is welcome.
